Chairman
Dr. Sherif Fathy
Egyptian entrepreneur, academic, and business leader
Dr. Sherif Fathy is an Egyptian entrepreneur, academic, and business leader with more than 20 years of experience in establishing, developing, and managing companies in Egypt. He combines an academic background in economics with extensive practical experience in entrepreneurship, corporate management, strategic development, and business expansion.
Dr. Fathy is an Assistant Professor of Economics. Throughout his career, Dr. Fathy has been involved in building and developing businesses across different sectors. He currently serves as Chairman of three companies: Future Minds Global Education, The United Company for Bottled Water, and The International Company for Textile.
As Chairman, Dr. Fathy provides strategic leadership and oversight. His leadership approach brings together academic knowledge, entrepreneurial experience, and cross-sector business management.
Co-founder & Chief Executive Officer
Dr. El Leithy
Academic leader, management scholar, and business executive
Dr. El Leithy is an accomplished academic leader, management scholar, and business executive. He currently serves as Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Future Minds Global Education, while also working as an Adjunct Associate Professor of Management at several universities.
Prior to his current roles, Dr. El Leithy served as Dean of the School of Business at the University of East London – European Universities in Egypt. From 2020 to 2024, he served as Associate Professor of Management and Business Administration Program Director at the University of Hertfordshire – Egypt Branch. Since 2010, he has also served as an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Management at Maastricht School of Management.
He is an active researcher and has supervised more than 150 MBA theses. His academic career is strongly complemented by extensive experience in the corporate sector holding senior executive positions since 1992.
